Canadian Radiotheranostics Leaders’ Summit 2024

The Summit is an annual event held by the Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council (CNIC) that aims to bring together leaders from Canada’s isotope community and abroad to discuss common issues and strategic opportunities in the isotope industry.

With the rapid growth of radiotheranostics in clinical care, the University Health Network (UHN) together with scientific leaders began planning a symposium to provide a forum to discuss clinical practice and scientific innovations for the future with a Canadian focus.

The 2024 Leaders’ Summit brings together the two conversations, broadening its focus to better integrate the medical community and provide a much deeper focus on radiotheranostics used in oncology and modern medicine.

Summit Goals and Objectives:

Explore innovative and collaborative multi-disciplinary models of care with patient partnership towards building capacity and access to radiotheranostics in Canada
Discuss emerging applications in molecular targeted therapies (beyond NET and Prostate)
Discuss emerging technological advances in molecular imaging and therapeutics
Explore how industry, academia, healthcare, and governments can collaborate to develop proactive, actionable solutions to overcome emerging industry challenges

This two-day event will feature an exciting combination of plenary sessions and fireside chats, small group discussions, insightful presentations from healthcare professionals and the isotope community, and industry networking opportunities.

Registration

Registration will be free for all attendees, but attendance will be by invitation only and on a primarily one person per company basis. Registration will be available soon.

The Summit will offer an opportunity for the isotope and radiotheranostics community to provide knowledge and expertise about industry challenges and contribute to the development of coordinated collaborative action plans across government, health care and industry to address these challenges.

A special group rate of $339.00 per night is available to Summit attendees at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto, 475 Yonge Street from June 5-7, 2024.
